MdMCS Presents Second Annual Local Legends Concert

We are excited to bring our Local Legends Concert back for a second year. The cozy Abaolone Room at Little River Inn is the ideal venue for an intimate evening with these Mendocino-based musicians. Will Stenberg is a Mendocino raised singer/songwriter whose lyric-driven acoustic music has long been a local favorite.

Songwriter/guitaress/banjo-picker Angie Rose Heimann writes earthy Americana folk songs and sagas of damsels in their bliss and distress in a stirringly delicate alto tinged with vibrato. For decades, Heimann  has graced the underground of the Americana scene, touring colleges and folk clubs in her twenties, spending her thirties in the insular California Country scene of the Mendocino coast with the Blushin' Roulettes, and the following decade in the mountains of western North Carolina with the folk band the Appalucians. She has recently migrated back to northern California, banjo, guitar, piano and family in tow.
